| Welcome to Mama Mia Fitness! Our program is designed to support the daily demands of motherhood through a supportive, nurturing, and fun environment while also giving you the physical results you desire. We believe that an active life is an essential part of healthy parenting. If our children see us taking care of our health, they are more likely to do so themselves. We also believe in the importance of community, especially for first time mothers. Having a baby can be a very lonely and scary experience. Having other first time and experienced moms around to connect with can ease many of the worries new mothers face and offer an opportunity for a much needed, understanding friendship. In order to keep your workouts interesting, we offer a variety of classes and we are always adding new ones throughout the seasons. Classes are held outdoors at the Pasadena Rose Bowl's Brookside Park and all fitness levels are encouraged to attend. Babies of all ages attend class with you and are incorporated into the workout. During the mat Pilates class we offer kid's yoga to keep your little one happy and healthy (little babies stay on the mat or in their strollers near you). We also organize play-dates, community events, charity work, Mama's Happy Hour and so much more to continue the necessary support mother's need during this very important time.
