
| MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY: Circuit Training 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Circuit Training - This class starts in the large grassy area to the right of the Aquatics Center. We then head out through the park stopping at different locations to work different areas of the body. We end with ab work and stretching in the softball field area to the left of the tennis courts. This is a tough workout, but good for all levels Please bring water, a stroller, and a mat or a blanket. Instructor: Jessica Maker-Bilandzija & Boonrasi Norman TUESDAY: Rose Bowl Run, Jog or Walk 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Meet in Lot I near the tennis courts. Time yourself and e-mail me your time. Every month I will send you an e-mail with all of your times and new goals for yourself. Runners aim for 30 minutes or under. Walkers aim for 45 minutes or under. Instructor: You & your iPod! THURSDAY: Mat Pilates & Kid's Yoga 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Mat Pilates - A wonderful class designed to re-engage those post pregnancy abdominals and elongate that spine. You will feel stronger, longer and more toned after this class. And for those of you that are worried about you little ones running off, we offer Kid's Yoga only feet away from you. This way your toddler can get some organized supervision while you enjoy your time on the mat.
